Reporting a copyright infringement

If you own the copyright in material that appears on this store without your permission, send a written notice to vexara_watches@outlook.com with the subject line DMCA Notice. To allow us to act on it, your notice must include all of the following:

• Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
• A clear description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed. If you are reporting several works, a representative list is acceptable.
• The exact URL or URLs on this store where the material appears, specific enough for us to locate it.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices delay the process. If anything above is missing we will write back and ask for it rather than acting on a partial report.

What we do when we receive a notice

We review every notice we receive. Where a report appears valid, we remove or disable access to the material promptly, usually within a few working days, and notify whoever supplied it. We keep a record of notices received and the action taken.

Filing a counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, or that you hold the rights to use it, you may send a counter-notice to vexara_watches@outlook.com with the subject line DMCA Counter-Notice. It must include:

• Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you reside, or where Vexara operates if you are outside Pakistan.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Where a counter-notice is valid, we may restore the material unless the original complainant notifies us that they have begun legal proceedings.

Repeat infringers

Accounts or suppliers found to infringe copyright repeatedly will have their access to this store terminated.

Photographs and written descriptions on this store are produced by Vexara and are our property. Brand names, logos and trademarks shown belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the watches we sell. We are not an authorised dealer for, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by, any of the brands whose products we list unless stated otherwise on the product page.
