These terms govern your use of vexara.com and any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

Vexara sells new and pre-owned branded watches online in Pakistan.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and dispatch it. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to verify an order before dispatch.

We may decline or cancel any order, including where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, where the delivery address cannot be served, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse of our Cash on Delivery terms.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

Cash on Delivery is our only payment method. You pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. We do not accept card payments or online transfers for orders, and we will never ask you for card details, a PIN, an OTP or a password. Treat any such request as fraudulent and report it to us.

We may correct pricing errors at any time before dispatch. If a price was clearly wrong, we will contact you and you may confirm the corrected price or cancel at no cost.

4. Product descriptions and condition

Every watch is listed as either new or pre-owned, and the product page states which.

New watches are unworn and supplied in their original packaging. Pre-owned watches have been previously owned, and are inspected, cleaned and photographed before listing. Their condition is described on the product page and any marks are noted.

We photograph watches as accurately as we can, but screen calibration means colour and finish may vary slightly from what you see. Case sizes and specifications are taken from manufacturer data.

5. What we sell

Vexara sells homage watches - timepieces inspired by well-known luxury designs and manufactured by other producers. They are not products of the brands whose designs inspired them, and we do not represent them as such.

Any brand name mentioned on this site belongs to its respective owner and is referred to only as a styling reference. Vexara is not an authorised dealer for, is not affiliated with, and is not endorsed by any of those brands.

6. Warranty

Watches carry a warranty against manufacturing defects in the movement under normal everyday use. The warranty excludes water damage, accidental impact, scratches to the glass, case or strap, battery replacement and normal wear. Full details are in our Refund Policy and are supplied with your order.

7. Returns

Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed by someone else.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy its content for commercial use, or to submit false or misleading order information.

10. Intellectual property

The photography, text and layout on this site are our property and may not be reproduced without permission. If you believe material here infringes your copyright, see our DMCA Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or missed occasions caused by a delivery delay. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption, natural events, strikes, network or power outages, or government action.

13. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to it.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
