We ship across Pakistan. Everything below applies to orders placed on vexara.com.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after that, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are dispatched the next working day. We may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

• 2 to 3 working days to Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad
• 3 to 5 working days to other cities across Pakistan

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, public holidays and courier backlogs can add a day or two.

Delivery charges

A flat delivery charge applies to every order and is shown at checkout before you confirm. The amount you hand to the rider on delivery is the order total including that charge. There is nothing extra to pay afterwards.

Tracking

We ship with a tracked courier service. As soon as your parcel is booked you will receive a tracking number by SMS and WhatsApp, and you can follow it on the courier's website. If you have an account with us, order status is also visible under My Account.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide and is the only payment method we accept. You pay the rider in cash when the parcel arrives. Nothing is charged before delivery.

Please keep the exact amount ready where possible, and make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the parcel.

Address accuracy and failed deliveries

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. A wrong or incomplete address is the most common cause of a delayed parcel. Couriers normally attempt delivery two or three times and will call the number on the order.

If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, because the phone number was unreachable, or because delivery was refused without reason, we may ask for the delivery charge to be covered before we ship again.

Checking your parcel

We recommend recording a short unboxing video when you open the parcel. It is not required, but it makes any claim about a damaged or incorrect item far quicker to resolve.
